Foreign nationals who intend to travel to Egypt to engage in business activities are eligible to apply for the Egyptian business visa. You are to accurately complete and sign a visa application form. It is important to fill all required sections of the form with accurate information as incomplete or incorrect completion of the visa application form may cause a delay of the processing of the visa application. You are to submit one (1) colour passport-size photograph (35x45mm) taken within the last 6 month. Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the entry date into Egypt and have at least 2 blank visa pages. A copy of your round-trip flight reservation, showing entry and exit dates, as well as your full name, must be submitted. Business travellers are required to submit a business letter from their employer. The letter must be signed by an authorised officer of the company, and state the full name, role in the company and the purpose of travel of the applicant. The letter should also show awareness of leave and when you are expected to resume. An invitation letter from the partner company in Egypt stating the purpose of your visit, how long you will be in Egypt and who will be financially responsible for your travel is also required. If there exist previous business dealings between your company and the inviting Egyptian company (such as bills of lading, invoice of goods delivered or other related documents), you should provide proof of such relations. The business visa does not permit its holder to take up paid employment while in Egypt. You are required to show proof of financial means to cover for all your expenses for the duration of your stay in Egypt. You are also required to submit a copy of the certificate of business registration of the inviting company. Self-employed travellers must provide a copy of their income tax return of the last 6 months and a copy of their company’s licence to operate. There are two types of Egypt business visa: Single-entry visa, valid for 6 months and allows a maximum stay of 30 days in the country. This visa costs $90. Multiple entry tourist visa, valid for 6 months and allows a maximum stay of 30 days in the country. This visa costs $120. Proof of payment of the visa fee is required.

The Spanish business visa is issued to foreign citizens who intend to enter Spain for the purpose of engaging in business activities. This visa is a Schengen short-stay visa that permits you to stay in Spain for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period. You need to fill the visa application form accurately and completely then sign it before submitting. Failure to do this can delay the processing of your visa application. You can fill in and sign this form with a blue or black pen or type-fill it. Your passport must be original with at least two blank pages and have a validity of not less than three months beyond the date you intend to leave Spain. Two recently-taken passport-size photographs, taken with a white background and clearly showing your whole face, is required for your visa application. You also need to present proof that you have a Spain Travel Insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 to cover for any medical emergencies for the entire duration of your stay in Spain. You are required to prove that you are financially able to fund the entire duration of your trip and to also live comfortably on at least €65 per day while in Spain, by providing your most recent bank account statements. To obtain a Spanish business visa, you must submit an original copy of a letter of invitation from a Spanish company, addressed to the Consulate General of Spain in your home country and written in Spanish. This letter must clearly state your full name and passport number, the reason for the invitation and the trade relations between your company and the inviting Spanish company. If there exist previous trade relations between your company and the partner Spanish company, you must provide proof of such relations. This proof could be original bills of lading, custom clearance documents or any such proof you may have. To show that you intend to return to your country of origin once your visa expires, you are required to provide proof of a roundtrip ticket. You are thus advised to book your flight to Spain before you begin your application process. You are also required to secure hotel accommodation in Spain for the entire duration of your stay in the country and provide proof of this. For proof of employment status: If you are an employee, you are to provide proof of their employment in the form of an employment contract, current bank statements of the latest six months and an Income Tax Return (ITR). If you are self-employed, you should submit proof of business certification such as the Business Licence and the company's certified bank account statements for the last three months. If you are a student, you must provide proof of enrollment and leave approval from their school or university. If you are retired, you should provide documents that prove that you are receiving a pension or other financial support.

An original letter of invitation from a partner company in Trinidad and Tobago is required for a business visa. You must also present an original business letter from your employer stating your position in the company, your salary and how long you have worked in the company. You are required to provide copies of your bank account statements of the last 6 months as proof that you can cater to all your expenses while in Trinidad and Tobago. A certified copy of your latest income tax return must also be submitted. If you have a business card, you may provide it for your visa application. If you are travelling to Trinidad and Tobago for business for the first time or for the first time within the last 365 days, you are advised to apply for a single-entry visa. You are required to provide a confirmed travel itinerary. You do not have to purchase your flight ticket until your visa application is approved. If you have a work permit that is valid for more than 3 months, you can apply for a multiple-entry visa.

Other than attending business-related events such as meetings, conferences, summits and trade fairs, holders of a business visa are also allowed to sign business contracts with a partner company in Morocco. If you are self-employed, you should submit proof of business certification such as the Business Licence and the company's certified bank account statements for the last three months. If you are retired, you should provide documents that prove that you are receiving a pension or other financial support. Adequate health insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 and valid for the whole Schengen Area is required. You are required to submit a signed letter of invitation from the inviting German organisation. The invitation must contain the following: applicant’s personal data, purpose of travel to Germany, duration of intended stay in Germany, who will be financially responsible for the applicant for the entire duration of stay, date and contact details of the inviting organisation, and formal obligation, if the inviting organisation will e financially responsible for the applicant. If you are travelling to Germany to attend a conference which requires prior registration, you are required to provide proof of registration and receipt for the registration fee.

The French business visa is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to France for business purposes. This business visa is a short-stay visa that allows its holder to stay for up to 90 days. The business visa permits you to attend business meetings, trade fairs and to take part in conferences in France. It does not, however, permit them to take up employment while in the country. You need 2 passport-size photographs for your visa processing. The passport photos should be taken within the last 6 months with a white background. Your passport must contain at least two blank pages and have a minimum validity of three months beyond your planned departure date. You are required to present a letter of invitation from the inviting company in France. This letter must state the purpose of your visit and who will take care of your expenses (your company or the partner company) for the whole duration of your stay. You are required to submit a letter of introduction from your company explaining its commercial activities, your position in the company,  the purpose of your travel and who is financing it. If there have been previous trade relations between your company and the inviting company in France, you are required to provide documents to prove this. Your visa application should be submitted in person after printing the completed form as your biometric data will be collected at the point of submission. A copy of your return flight ticket to your country of origin should also be submitted as proof that you intend to leave France once your visa expires. You are required to prove your socio-professional status by providing documents such as your employment contract, certificate of employment or extract from the trade and companies’ register. Any document that shows your links to your country of residence (such as a copy of your marriage certificate or family record book) must be provided. You must also show proof of payment of the visa fee.
