Business Visa from Equatorial Guinea to Greece Description
The Greece business visa is issued to foreign citizens who want to travel to Greece to engage in business activities such as attending business meetings, summits, conferences, trade fairs, etc.
You need to fill the visa application form accurately and completely then sign it before submitting. Failure to do this can delay the processing of your visa application. You may fill the form online then print or download the form then fill it with a pen.
Your passport must be original with at least two blank pages and a minimum validity of three months from your departure date from Greece.
Two recent passport-size photographs, taken with a light background and clearly showing your whole face, is required for your visa application. The photos must adhere to the Greece photo requirements.
You also need to present proof that you have medical travel insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 to cover for any medical emergencies for the whole duration of your stay in Greece.
You are required to prove that you are financially able to fund the entire duration of your trip and to also live comfortably on at least €50 per day while in Greece, by providing your bank account statements of the last 6 months.
You must submit an original copy of a letter of invitation from a Greek organisation stating your name, country of origin, the reason for the invitation and the trade relations between your company and the inviting Greek company.
If there have been previous trade relations between your company and the inviting Greek company, proof of such relations must be provided. This proof could be original bills of lading, custom clearance documents or any such proof.
To show that you plan to leave Greece once your visa expires, you are required to provide proof of a roundtrip ticket or a confirmed travel itinerary clearly stating the flight details.
You are also required to secure hotel accommodation in Greece for the entire duration of your stay in the country and provide proof of this.
For proof of employment status:
If you are an employee, you are to provide proof of their employment in the form of an employment contract, current bank statements of the latest six months and an Income Tax Return(ITR).
If you are self-employed, you should submit proof of business certification such as the Business Licence and the company's certified bank account statements for the last three months.
If you are a student, you must provide proof of enrollment and leave approval from their school or university.
If you are retired, you should provide documents that prove that you are receiving a pension or other financial support.

Completed and signed visa application form.
2 recent passport photos taken with a light background.
Valid passport or travel documents with a minimum validity of 3 months beyond departure date from Greece. Passport must have at least 2 blank pages.
Copies of previous visas in your passport.
Valid travel medical insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000 within Greece and the entire Schengen area.
Cover letter stating the purpose of visit to Greece.
Copy of a roundtrip flight ticket or confirmed travel itinerary, showing dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit from Greece.
Proof of accommodation(e.g. hotel reservation) for the entire duration of stay in Greece.
Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay in Greece.
Proof of payment of the visa fee. €60 for adults and €35 for children between 6 and 12 years.
Greece currently has no embassy in Equatorial Guinea. Applicants are to visit the Spanish embassy in Malabo to process their entry visa to Greece.
