Business Visa from Equatorial Guinea to Israel Description

  • Foreign nationals who intend to travel to Israel for business purposes, such as business meetings, summits and conferences, are eligible to apply for the Israeli business visa (C).
  • Your passport used for your visa application must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you intend to leave Israel.
  • You are to fill a visa application form, sign it and submit it with 2 recent colour passport photos (5x5 cm).
  • To show that you intend to leave Israel as soon as your visa expires, you must submit a copy of your roundtrip flight ticket.
  • You must provide a copy of your hotel reservation in Israel for the entire duration of your stay in the country.
  • Your confirmed travel itinerary should also be submitted. This document should state the places you intend to visit in Israel and how long you plan to stay in the country must be submitted.
  • If you will be travelling to Israel with your spouse and/or children, you are required to submit original copies of your marriage certificate and your children’s birth certificate.
  • You must present a business letter from your employer stating the purpose of your travel to Israel.
  • You must also provide a document, such as an invitation letter, proving your correspondence with the inviting company in Israel. The document should contain the contact details of the partner company.
  • If there have been previous dealings between your company and the inviting Israeli company, you are required to provide documents such as payment receipts for goods delivered, bills of lading or other such documents, to prove this.
  • A copy of your company’s bank account statements, signed and stamped by the bank manager, must be submitted.
  • You are required to provide proof that you have travel insurance from an insurance company in your company.

  •  A photocopy of your passport and the visas in it.
  • 2 recent passport-size photographs (5x5 cm).

  • Proof of hotel accommodation for the entire duration of your stay in Israel.
  • Proof of financial means for the duration of your stay in Israel e.g. your bank statements of the last 6 months.
  • Proof of travel medical insurance that covers the duration of your stay in Israel.
  • A copy of your booked round-trip flight ticket.
  • Proof of payment of the visa fee.
