The South African visitor visa allows foreign nationals to enter the country for tourism, vacation, recreational and leisure activities. The visitor visa also permits its holder to visit friends and relatives residing in South Africa. The visitor visa does not permit its holder to enrol in any institution in South Africa or to take up paid employment. Your travel documents or passport must be valid for at least 30 days beyond your departure from South Africa and have at least two blank visa pages. You are required to complete a visa application form and signed in black ink. Incomplete visa application forms may delay visa processing. You must submit 2 colour passport-size photographs fitting the South African photo specifications for visa application. Applicants must present an international certificate of vaccination for yellow fever. A letter of invitation from a South African host must also be submitted if the applicant is visiting friends or relatives. This letter should clearly show the address and phone number of the host. As proof that you can cater to all your financial needs while in South Africa, you are required to show proof of financial solvency. This could be any of the following: bank account statements of the latest 3 months. Salary advances Undertaking by a South African host Bursary Medical cover Cash available (could be credit cards or travellers’ cheques). Travel medical insurance that covers the entire duration of your stay in South Africa in case of any medical emergency should also be presented. To show that you intend to leave South Africa once your visa expires, you must provide a copy of your return ticket to Equatorial Guinea or an onward ticket to your next destination. You are to provide proof of private or hotel accommodation for the entire duration of your stay in South Africa. If you are travelling with minors, you are to provide original copies of their birth certificate and a signed letter of consent from the other parent (if only one parent is travelling with the minor). When a minor is travelling unaccompanied, they must provide a signed consent letter from their parents. Employed applicants should provide proof of their employment, such as an employment contract, and leave permission from their employer. Equatorial Guineans are required to pay a visa fee is they intend to stay in South Africa for more than 30 days.

The Israeli visitors’ visa (B/2) is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to Israel for vacation, tourism, pilgrimage, sightseeing or other leisure activities. If you are visiting a friend or relative in Israel or booked with a tour organiser, you should submit an invitation letter from your host. The passport used for your visa application must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you intend to leave Israel. You are required to submit 2 recent colour passport photos (5x5 cm) with your accurately completed and signed visa application form. To show that you intend to leave Israel at the expiration of your visa, you must submit a copy of your round-trip flight ticket. You are also required to present a copy of your hotel reservation in Israel for the entire duration of your stay in the country. You are required to provide proof that you have travel insurance from an Equatorial Guinean insurance company. A confirmed travel itinerary stating the places you intend to visit in Israel as well as how long you plan to stay in the country must be submitted. As proof of sufficient funds, you are required to submit copies of your bank statements of the last 6 months. The bank statements must be signed and stamped by the bank manager. You must submit a formal letter from your employer as proof of your employment status. This letter should state your name, your role in the company and your monthly salary. It should also state awareness of leave and when you are expected to resume back to work. You are required to submit an authenticated business license of your employer, showing that they are authorised to trade in your country. Applicants are obliged to submit a police clearance certificate. Receipt for the payment of the visa fee of $24 must be provided.

The Brazilian visitors’ visa is issued to foreign nationals who intend to travel to Brazil for tourism, sightseeing, vacation or other recreational activities. This visa also allows its holder to visit friends or relatives residing in Brazil. The visitor visa application form must be completed online then printed and signed. Applicants must complete mandatory sections before they can print the application form. A passport-size photograph must be uploaded to the application page along with other supporting documents. The photo must be taken with a white background and meet all the Brazilian passport photo specifications. An official letter from your employer stating awareness of leave and when you are to resume back to work is required. If you are a student, you are to submit a letter from the school permitting you to be absent from school. As proof that you can cater to your financial needs for the entire duration of your stay in Brazil, you must submit copies of your bank statements of the last 3 months. You are also required to submit a copy of your hotel reservation in Brazil. If you will be staying in a private residence with friends or relatives, you are to submit an invitation letter from your host. The letter must show the contact details (address and phone number) of your host. To show that you plan to leave Brazil as soon as your visa expires, you are required to submit a copy of your round-trip flight reservation. You are still required to affix a passport-size photo with your printed visa fee payment receipt.

The Netherlands visitor's visa is issued to foreigners visiting the country for a short visit. The purpose of the visit can either be for vacation, sightseeing, business, conference or to attend an event. This visa also known as a Type-C Schengen visa. The visitor's visa is issued as a single, double or multiple entry visa. This visa allows the holder to remain in the Netherlands for a maximum period of three months (90 days) within six months (180 days) from the entry date into the Schengen area.  The visa application form must be completed and signed by the applicant before submission. If the purpose of your visit is to see a friend or relative You are required to submit a letter of invitation from the person you are going to visit. The letter should contain the full contact address of your host.  Applicants travel itinerary should be submitted. Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted. Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant’s entire duration of stay should be submitted. Proof of incentive of returning to home country at the expiration of your visa should be submitted. Minors travelling without their parents are to submit their birth certificate alongside a letter of consent from one or both parents The visa application must be done at the embassy. All documents must be written in Dutch, English, French or Spanish.
